Lasagna Classica was delicious even without much in the way of ricotta Which is the same issue with the pizza, not enough cheese but very tasty. We just added out own to it.

Lasagna Classica tastes like straight chef boyardee. Focaccia Regular hard as a rock. don't bother, overpriced and soulless, my senile nonna could do it better

The pizza flavors are very interesting- the Bosino Regular was pretty good - but the dough is extremely dry.
