This was the most mid/meh brick oven pizza I've ever had. I ordered this hoping it would be a poor man's Diavolo from Antico. Pfft! Not even close! The crust wasn't flavorful, I had to add my own mozzarella because there was so little on the pizza, and the sauce was bland.
Up until now, I assumed brick ovens magically made pizza delicious by default. I was wrong. It was also small for a $30 pizza. Trust me on this: Spend the extra money and just order from Antico instead.

Insane crust. Really good delivery Caesar salad. A+ croutons and parm amount. (Up the dressing 33%, it's too good. I'd pay $0.33 more. The spicy soppressata, the best?

Never had bacon melt in my mouth before! I love it. I'm a crust fanatic and it was delightfully chewy. Great first impression of this pizza place. We ate most of it before taking a photo haha!

2 pizzas. One was okay but slightly underdone, one was way undercooked and falling apart. Had to cook both in the oven to actually finish them. Also way too much sauce on both and no attention to spreading out toppings.
Expected WAY more out of this considering it is supposed to be by a Michelin chef and that they charge ~$20-25/pizza (which is just insane for pizzas).
Never again. You got what you're going to get out of me.
