this store has stepped it up a notch. portions were great and obvious effort was made in packaging. food was fresh and tasty. thanks team! Chicken Platter with Tender ( 1pc) (extra tenders) I highly recommend

The dark chicken was overcooked and hard to eat. The BBQ had a lot of uncut chunks in it and it was harder to eat. There was only one sauce, I ordered two and it broke open and spilled in the bag. There was a big chunk of carrot about one inch long sitting on top of the slaw. There was no covering over the food, the hushpuppies were soaked with cole slaw juice and there was no silverware. I've had better before and this was really disappointing.

Chicken was fresh fries weren't even warm to travel less than 2 miles straight to my house. Dasher delivered very quickly so I know it was the quality served by Smithfield's. Unfortunately I will continue ordering the same thing because I am a creature of habit. I just wish they would cook fresh fries for dash orders. My dasher was waiting on order so thought it would all be hot coming straight from store to me. I tipped extra when food arrived thinking the quick delivery was going to be hot food not dashers fault
