9.5/10 order. For most people's standards, that's equivalent to you scoring a 12/10 or 120%. Thin, light, and crispy. Zero flop. Cheese and sauce at the exact specified ratios as requested from my notes. The crunch from the crust, phenomenal. This is reminds me of Luigi's in Brooklyn New York, which One Bite Pizza Reviews-El Pres on YouTube had rated it a 9.3. Now I need to exercise harder to burn this off.

Juan got the pie here super fast,way before the expection. Excellent Dasher. I just stopped Brooklyn Piieco for a quick lunch last wk & was reminded how's I liked it was surprised the pie I ordered tasted even better than pizza Build Your Own Pizza (18") I had in the restaurant. It leaves me w plenty of leftovers bc it's huge. Also, their calzones are amazing! I'll be ordering again soon!

They did it again. Thin, light, and crispy. I've had every kind of pizza, and every person who's seen me rate pizza would consider me harsh, but I call it honesty. This order was a 9.4. Keep in mind I'm the type to rate Russo's a 6.2, Tony C's a 5.6 (coal fire oven), or even Salvation on Rock Rose a 3.6. I rarely give pizza joints an 8, let alone a 9. Throughout Austin, BPC is the ONLY franchise that consistently pumps out 9's and 10's. Their pies are official. Food critics who have been here undercover after I recommend them understand this isn't all hype, and rather continue to order here without exploiting cover because they enjoy not waiting 3 hours for a pie like Little Rendezvous in CT after blowing up in demand. This IS top tier pizza that will make you feel guilty that you've even tried a Pizza Hut/Dominoes/Papa John's. Those names are sickening to mention in this review, but unfortunately some people just haven't tried a legitimate 9-10 pizza.

went to BPC to order a pizza for delivery to friends. Victoria was working. Never used door dash before. She was so kind and patient to help me place my order on my phone. Even suggested a Meatlovers. Caught off guard I ordered a large. Cheese bread & 2l bottle of soda. Victoria Even wrote a personal message for my sick friends. My friends blew up my phone when they got their order. Pizza was OMG, ( already knew that ). Loved the cheese bread. Order being placed, to delivery 45 minutes. Now, BPC isn't cheap, but then their's the old saying, " you get what you pay for ". 😊

I love the fact that it's New York style pizza, slices are huge, the pizzas are delicious and greasy (not too much, just enough) love this place I normally just get the giant slice with pepperoni extra cheese and bacon
