My bagels were burnt. My locks and bagels had 3 tiny red onions in the whole order. They didn't give me any napkins. The lack of care of quality of food is deplorable.

I ordered the Texas Brisket Sandwich because my boyfriend always gets it and let me try his, I loved it so I decided to get it. A $12 sandwich, they gave me so little brisket that it was basically a $12 bagel with eggs. Needless to say, that was extremely disappointing.

Hardly any cream cheese on my Single Bagel with Shmear. Disappointing when they charge you $2.40 just for the spread alone.

The nova lox bagels are delicious but Einstein needs to be a bit more giving for the cost of their sandwiches. My salmon lox sandwich had very few red onions and capers. And there was no lettuce, cucumbers or tomatoes :-( Lastly, Einstein forgot to pack a coffee to go.

The onions are too spicy and ruin the flavor. I think it would be good to soak them in water to reduce the spiciness.
