I absolutely love Einstein bagels! Just moved back to Encinitas. Already had their bagels three times. About to order my fourth right now. Serious. That good. And the staff are always friendly & helpful!

The coffee was gross. The cold brew with chocolate tasted like straight hershey syrup and the black coffee was bitter and nasty. Disappointing to pay $6+ for a coffee that just went down the drain.

Sandwiches were fine, but the Twice-Baked Hashbrowns were disgusting and so was the Iced Chai Tea Latte. The potatoes had the texture and appearence of playdough and the drink was clearly made with sour milk. I'm not a picky person but I legitimately had to throw the items away they were that bad.

Can't get enough of Einstein Bagels, lox & cream cheese! Just too bad they force capers to be included when ordering through the app.

The sandwiches are good but everytime I have ordered a shmear tub they have NEVER put it with the order. So definitely don't put them in your order.
