Bagels were still warm upon arrival but still tasted a bit raw. I ordered a half dozen cinnamon sugar and it seemed like because they were loosely packed and not separated from each other by paper wrap they rubbed against each other during transport so most of the sugar coating came off.

avocado toast was terrible. not toasted, hardly any avocado and what was spread on was already brown with pieces of skin. no seasoning, shockingly bad and overpriced.

This place is ridiculous trying to charge me 80cents to add whipped cream to my Iced Caramel Macchiato when it clearly said it comes with it ... then tried to argue with me saying it doesn't give you the option to add it so I have to charge you when you get here ... it doesn't give you the option because it clearly says it's included . Very rude stay the bagel was hard as a rock and the place looked dirty . Wouldn't suggest wasting your time, money , or patience on this place . Or least this location .

The Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar Sandwich was ok. The 6-Cheese bagel 🥯 was toasted too much to the point of almost burnt. Sandwich could've been better, sorta dry
