They literally barely toasted the bagel and I had the tiniest piece of bacon in the bagel. I was surprised because I have never had a problem before. It was upsetting if anything.

I guss they dont toast the bagels anymore but the sandwich was okay. The hash brown was gross. Super mushy, undercooked and had no flavor at all. The muffin was baked pretty distorted and had none of the crumble on top which was super disappointing. All in all, I wouldnt recommend.

Not impressed with Bacon & Cheddar Brunch Special. Bagel a bit dry and hash brown stuck to wrapper. Won't purchase again. Blueberry muffin was delicious though!!

the Nova Lox bagel is DELICIOUS!!! the capers and red onion in it elevates the bagel so much.

Bagels are great, but service is very bad. Ordered for a pickup, and when I arrived at the store 30 mins later, they didnt even started preparing the order claiming they were closing soon and refused to prepare the bagels. The manager had to come out and start preparing the bagel herself for me and another customer in the same situation.
