• 7/5/25if you haven't had their Nova Lox bagel and you like smoked salmon, this is the one for you. very fulfilling yet fresh and will definitely make your taste buds go crazy! the New! Dragon Fruit Lemon Drop is EXCELLENT! even my Cold Brew, Small with caramel was perfectly made and tasty. Einstein's is definitely a win!

• 5/2/24The staff are incredibly kind and are always very consistent. These are my favorite Single Bagel with Shmear in all of Seattle! They have a wonderful Lemonade, Cinnamon Bliss Roll, Heavenly Chocolate Chip Cookie.

• 12/20/24don't waste your time ordering from here. I ordered the Texas Brisket Sandwich and received an egg and cheese only bagel, which when opened looked moldy. I also ordered a Iced Caramel Macchiato and was given a cup of espresso with creams on the side and a note saying they don't have caramel. then to top it off the Blueberry Muffin is literally one bite. the one I got in LA was huuuge. Will not be eating this and now I have to order from somewhere else and wait another 40 min for food. this place gets negative stars from me.

• 4/4/25Not sure about the overuse of hollandaise sauce on the bagels. I got the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich, which otherwise would've been 10/10 but was doused in hollandaise sauce with no option to remove it. The pastry I got was also very tasty and fresh. Just not a fan at all of the obsession with hollandaise sauce here. It is also not listed as an ingredient on the menu at the time of ordering. Please add option to remove hollandaise!!

• 7/14/24Ordered the new maple house sandwich - arrived with no meat or cheese, just a piece of egg and some schmear super disappointing. Definitely agree with an earlier review that cold brew tastes burnt. Would not recommend ordering from here
