Order taker apparently couldn't understand a basic order. There was a LOT of back and forth with the dasher, them, and me. Not sure where the problem arose. It seems they mistook the chocolate fudge and cherry on the sundae to be flavors not toppings. It was a mess but we finally received some ice cream that was pretty good.

I had 2 orders of triple scoops. Only received 1 scoop per order. And the close in 20 minutes. They need to make sure they read the order correctly.

My containers were definitely not full. Disappointing tispend that much for half full containers .
