The spicy chicken was fresh, hot, and tasted great. I would order again. It was plenty for the whole family. The manager was awesome and the cook too.

Everything was good except for the jalapeños. The other brand of jalapeños you used to use had a delicious flavor. The brand you're using now has an awful flavor. And by the way, I paid for 5 jalapeños but was only given 4. But since they were nasty anyway it's ok. Looks like KFC is the only chicken restaurant that still has the good flavored jalapeños.

All of the food was good, except the mac & Cheese. The mac & cheese was not baked, and it was too loose and soupy....and the frustrating part of it is the fact that they charge an up-fee on that particular side item. Our Dasher was friendly, and delivered our order to us in a good time frame.

The chicken and the Mashed Potatoes were ok, but the honey butter biscuits were very hard, making them hard to eat. Also, the Mac & Cheese was not very good today. The cheese sauce was quite loose and it didn't have a good flavor. The delivery person was friendly, and we had no issues with the delivery of our order.

Food didn't really taste good this time. It's usually a hit or miss on the food quality at this restaurant. Also, we did not receive the small cup of gravy that we had ordered...and the fried pies were stuck like glue in the cardboard sleeve that they come in, causing them to tear apart trying to get them out.
