The burger and fries are super fresh. They did forget my ketchup. But other than that delicious. Definitely will order again

I have not had 5 Guys in years, so apologies if I'm late on this. Were they bought by private equity or something? This is a Dairy Queen quality patty for $13. I did the BOGO and still feel like I got ripped off. Avoid this place like the plague.

Everything was a soggy mess because it was packaged in a plastic bag instead of a paper one. This is very inconsistent with five guys usual quality and packaging.
Also the Cajun fries were much, much smaller than usual.

The Little Cajun Fries were hard like rocks and taste old not fresh at all! The burger was not cooked well and the cheese was not melted. This was extremely disappointing

My Grilled Cheese Sandwich was burnt and my French Little Cajun Fries dry as per attached images..I threw away both away.
