• 4/5/26Burgers, fries, tots, onion rings, and chicken sandwich are all good. We've ordered those multiple times and they are consistently good. The large sundaes are huge! They come with alot of toppings. The brownie sundae is hit or miss. The first one got was fantastic, probably the best brownie sundae I've ever had. Since then, they have gotten worse. Feels like there must be employees that don't know how to make large ones and put the same amount of "add-ins" as a small sundae. The strawberry one is great too. more consistent. This time it wasn't, again not the right amount of add-ins so it was mostly vanilla ice cream.

• 2/20/24They forgot my toddlers OREO® Custard Sandwich. The Signature Turtle sundae didn't have a whole lot in it and the cup was half full. BUT the customized sundae was definitely worth it! The cup was full and I loved the topping choices! The custard is so smooth and creamy! SO good! We will definitely order again! Thank you!

• 12/10/23The cheese curds were very tasty, a large was easily split 3 ways! looked forward to trying the half and half Malt, but was not with my order. Pretty bummed. The burger and sandwich are very good. My husband and son voted to order again sometime!

• 12/3/24Resubmitting this review, as the one I sent a few minutes ago, the picture did not post.
I order a lot from here and the last handful of times, someone there literally puts a dusting of Butterfinger on my custard. I'm not kidding! When I order from the one near my work, the rarely skimp on me. I spend a lot with you all and this is so disappointing.

• 5/12/24This was first time trying Freddy and was pleasantly surprised, burger much bigger than looked on line and delicious, as well as onion rings and mini sundae also bigger.
