Wow everything is solid. Portions are huge and everything tasted amazing. The raw onion slices that came as a side to the jj noodles were perfect! I'll def order again when I crave Korean noodles and meats. This was the best tang soo yuk I had. I like them crispy and this place made it deliciously. I'll try the mango shrimp next time as well. I don't think I'll be disappointed.

The Ja-Jang-Myeon is my favorite in the area - good balance of salty and sweet and I like that the sauce has chunks of meat and veggies, not just onion. The 17. Popcorn Chicken was also solid. We always ask for sauce on the side so the chicken stays crispy. Everything was packed very carefully.

Been craving some Seoul-food and having lived in Gangnam, I was thrilled to find this spot. My grandparents and I would order the black bean sauce noodles (jajang-myun) and the sweet & sour pork (tangsuyuk) for lunch and it would arrive by bike from the neighborhood restaurant. People in Seoul have been 'door dashing' since the 80s.
While not what I'd get there, it's the closest I've come here in the Bay. The jajang sauce is balanced, not too sweet, just thick enough to grab hold of the noodles, and the pork in the sauce was tender and big enough to be noticed; not dried out and minced. The myun was the right thickness and chewiness to carry the sauce into my mouth.
The tangsuyuk was crispy and delicious on its own, but held up to the sauce well. This is not Chinese sweet & sour; this is a bit more restrained and delicate in flavor. Just right to accent the tempura-like pork strips. Small is plenty enough for 3-4 people, especially if you're ordering the noodles or other dishes, too.
The jajangmyun portion was enough for two or three meals for me.
Next time I'll try the ganpoongi (fried chicken) with the noodles.

The jajangmyeon is the best! The chicken is well cooked and the crunch is just really perfect. Most Korean restaurants that sell chicken often has the flavor only in the exterior, but their chicken is also flavorful- but not salty! Just right!! Will be ordering again from them.

17. Popcorn Chicken and Fried Rice Korean Version freaking delicious!! Dasher even had two stops ahead of us and the chicken was still crispy and soooo good. Portions are large. We had more than enough for 2 of us of both. Came with a little egg and green onion soup too. Tasty!
