The drink Mango Fruit Tea 芒果水果茶 was watery, overly sweet, very few Boba and the worst thing, is bottom of cup was cheap plastic and broke off spilling sweet tea all over the bed, side board, bed frame. A mess! Have had this drink before from Just Boba Tea House and it was good. Don't know what happened tonight .

Not sure if this place has new management or what but the combos are noticeably stingier and lower quality for a higher price. I miss the old ones :( no more fried egg and very little sides with literal 1 orange slice for $16. The boba drinks are still good.

Thai milk tea is very addicting with boba's in them. For the first time I tried a pudding in with the boba's and pretty soon I was ordering 2 of these along with the tiger boba. They are very good very addicting, so be careful. I was ordering them every day. That's how good they are. I like how they let you choose the percentage of sugar in the boba tea. Have fun they are delicious!

this place is consistently delicious. their Classic Fresh Fruit Tea is refreshing, the Honey Milk Tea has a nice honey flavor, and the combo meals really surprised me with how good they were. I order here often because the quality is always great
