I ordered a quiche, Lorraine and spinach and they were old and hard and chewy rubbery like as if it was not made fresh that day. It was Sunday brunch come on.

Rip off. Low quality or missing ingredients. The S7. Le Saucisson Sandwich had spread not butter and a single cornichon and the S5. Le Jambon Gruyere Sandwich had processed Swiss not gruyere. The S9. Rillette de Canard Sandwich did not have rillette they used a meat spread instead. Bread tastes like it was bought at supermarket not made i a bakery.
