Please add tape to boxes so customers can tell if food has been tampered with by delivery personnel. Food is really good. Richards bake fish really good. Oxtail plate really good. Festivals are good, but they were a little over fried, I just ate around the harder parts wasn't too bad.  I ordered extra oxtails and it came as a soup..... disappointing! Even if I intended to order soup, there were only 2 in there with a bunch of carrots and corn. Waste, don't do it.

The Chicken Roti was really dry. The Oxtails are split in half and then served, my order contained exactly 1-1/2 oxtails, that also hadn't been trimmed. Definitely could make both dishes, better at home.

Jamaican Beef Patty is hard to mess up. But the Jerked Chicken was tough & seemed reheated in the mircowave. It had no flavors other than the gelatin-like substance covering. The Escoviched Fish was the tiniest order of fish I have ever experienced with Jamaican food & it, too, was not tasty. Basically, two wasted meals.

Horrible, rice and peas came with only 4 peas. Them festivals were unseasoned and squishy. The sauce that was served with it was offensively sweet and flavorless. The Escoviched Fish was dry and the cabbage was a pointless edition. Highly disappointing, this is not the same level 13 food from a few years ago. I was also missing an entire dinner plate of Jerked Chicken.

there was way too much coleslaw on my fish sandwich with bakes.   I couldn't even find a fish because it was buried under mayonnaise and coleslaw. the bakes was flat and tasteless. I paid way too much for the oxtails. it was a couple of cut up boney oxtails  with hardly any meat on them. the  oxtails  were undercooked. not at all tender.
