I have been eating a lot of junk lately and needed a healthy fix from Life Alive. I tried the Miso Tofu Ramen for the first time. First let me say that they give you a good portion - enough for 2 meals for me. Perfect to warm you up on a cold winter night. The tofu was delish and there was lots of ramen and broth. I would have liked a couple more mushrooms but was sufficient. It did have a mild spicy kick that I wasn't expecting. Spicy isn't my thing but it wasn't too much that I couldn't eat it. I also ordered my "usual" which is The Green Goddess. The Goddess can do no wrong; she just oozes all that's good in the culinary world. lol Definitely my fave!

Hummus & Pita Plate was fresh and flavorful. Crunchy chickpeas and cold cucumbers were perf. Warm thick pita bread. Summer Minestrone was tomatoey and substantial. All veg was tender and I could've gone for even more cannellini. Great summer meal on a rainy summer day when allergies are kicking butt.

Tasty and healthy. The Adventurer is very good. A bit heavy in the grains and light on the almonds and tofu, but definitely tastes great and the warm grain bowls feel nourishing, especially on a cold might. Tonight's order arrived quickly, which was very nice. The Rainbow Nori has great flavor. He aware that the dipping sauce is just soy sauce. The grain to vegetables balance in this one also leans too heavily towards the grain and not enough towards the veggies. The carbs count in both these items is pretty high, so keep that in mind if you're prediabetic or need to keep an eye on how many carbs you consume. Overall, this is a wonderful spot for vegetarian food and prices are generally reasonable.

I have always had good meals from here until today. The Farmhouse Cobb salad was terrible, soggy, thrown together very poorly. The Mango Chia Pudding didn't have the mango topping and was much smaller then expected. I don't remember freeze dried strawberries in the description, but that's what was on top. I'm very disappointed in my order 😕
yes I ate some of it, but wouldn't leave a bad review if it was anything like it was supposed to be.

its a bit pricey but if you can swng it, add everything crusted avocado to the Rainbow Harvest - it takes it out of this world. exactly what i needed. the Humm & Pita Plate is also really really good
