Fish is always very fresh and presented so that the fish shines. Portions are generous. Both classics and creative rolls maintain this critical focus on great fish.

Spicy Tuna Roll was good! The prices are great but unfortunately the Miso Soup was watery and pretty flavorless and the House Salad was just lettuce and dressing. Would order again, but would skip the soup and salad.

This is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Oakland! I love going to eat here the food is always amazing and at an affordable price. The staff is welcoming and when you dine in you get a complimentary miso soup. I cant recommend this place enough!

The house salad is only dressing and lettuce, not as pictured. Calamari is on the small side. Everything was pretty good

The Miso Soup seemed watered down and taisted syrup sweet, did not eat it. The Cukani Maki Roll was not good, it was too sweet and watery, but also somehow gritty, and tasted like canned crab meat, also didn't eat that. The Gyoza, Edamame, and 49er's Roll where.... fine, though also oddly sweet.
