Smoked Pork Ribs spicy sauce but good smoked to perfection. I think St. Louis. Had greens and bbq beans. Both great! Greens had a kick which I like nd also the beans. I like the beans because they were thick with flavor and not all soupy like some places. Be back for sure.

We have lived in Rancho for almost 25 years and we've seen BBQ places come and go and we decided to try this establishment.
Wow! Brisket. Check. Ribs. Check. Sides. Check. Everything was absolutely spot on for flavor and texture and portion sizes.
We shall be back for sure.

But first, let's talk about the brisket mac & cheese sandwich. OMG. That was absolutely next level! The brisket itself was pure perfection – so incredibly tender it literally melted in my mouth, bursting with the most amazing, rich flavors. And that amazing beef paired perfectly with your super creamy and delicious mac & cheese. But the side sauce? Absolute genius! It added this bright, tangy kick that just pulled everything together and took it from a great sandwich to an unforgettable experience. I'm still dreaming about it!
I also grabbed the combo plate and tried the chicken thighs, and wow, those were seriously good! So juicy and packed with that deep, authentic smoky flavor. You can tell a lot of love goes into making them – definitely not just any chicken! And the collard greens were spot on too; tender but with a nice bite, that lovely smoky undertone, and a little crunch. Really hit the spot.
And, of course, your mac & cheese as a side is always a winner – just pure comfort and rich deliciousness every single time.

This is $70 worth of food. Portions were small and the meat was extremely dry! The fries were surprisingly hard on both orders. The pulled pork sandwich was juicy yet lacked flavor. The Mac and cheese was ok at best. Will not be ordering again

I dont usally write reviews but I had to for this restaurant. The bbq Rib Tips 1/2 pound were amazing! They tasted like real bbq! The Mac N' Cheese, BBQ Baked Beans, and Potato Salad tasted so good and authentic. Really surprised by this place. This place is a real bbq restaurant
