The Lox & Bagel did not arrive as pictured on the App. You don't receive a tray with the Lox and other items for assembly. Instead, I received a prepared Bagel & Lox which was lightly filled with 2 Capers, 2 very thin pieces of Lox, 3 Cucumber slices, and very little Onion. Also the Driver gave my Chai Tea to someone else. Not worth the more than $25 I was charged!

The lox bagel was simple, yet good. It had the right amount of cream cheese and fresh fish. The maplehouse bagel was buttery, sweet, and crispy. Shout out to the chef for making this meal look as good as it tastes.

The coffee tote and everything that comes with it is great. The employees; however, were shockingly unkind. I received a notification through DoorDash that my order was ready. I arrive 10 minutes after that notification only to be told my order hasn't been started. The young woman with brown hair did apologize, but said she can make it or give me a refund. This coffee was for a meeting. I couldn't just cancel and get a refund. I expressed how disappointing it was to find out that my order wasn't even started, and a young man with dark hair and a baseball cap said they didn't have control over DoorDash. I questioned that and even re-mentioned that I received a notification that my order was ready. He then asked another employee, a young Asian woman, and nothing else was said. So I waited about 6-7 minutes - no big deal normally but I was then late for my meeting. The young Asian woman then called out my name when my order was ready, I grabbed my order and told her thank you, she ignored me and walked away to busy herself with another task. Really, really unpleasant experience.
But at least the coffee was fresh, hot and definitely enough for 8 people. I would order again, but not from this location with this kind of staff.

I think this place has some of the best breakfast sandwiches but the Texas Brisket was not the glorified sandwich the picture claims it to be. It only had 1 egg, had a few shreds of meat on it and they put it on a plain bagel instead of jalapeño cheddar..

The Chorizo Avocado Sunrise was good but it could have been bigger for the cost of it.The turkey back breakfast sandwich could have more bacon for the price.
