I love their bowls but definitely agree that whenever I order extra (either Nutella or granola) I never receive it. It’s been more times than I can count…which leads me to think that it must not show up on their end on the order slips.

Had 20 mins to get my order ready and it wasn't even started when I came for pick up and took an extra ten minutes. Staff was generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Will not be ordering again.
