for some reason I don't know why but the sweet and spicy nuggies had way too much sauce and the burger was really stale it was kind of confusing because the other burger was nice and juicy. The fries were really tiny like there was only a handful so you definitely couldn't share. I will order again but a different item on the menu, might've been a one time thing.

First of all I didn't even get my 12Pc Nuggets Combo it was like 5 dry nuggets and 3 chicken tenders. My ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp* was put in a side container and they were hard. I didn't receive my blackened ranch, I never receive my sauces anytime I order from here! The only thing that was right was the drink.

Customer service and food quality are abhorrent, not sure where the hype for this place came from? I guess they have decent marketing but the on the bone chicken is absurdly dry. The sandwich is OK, but you can get the same thing elsewhere with much less hassle.

Horrible. Messed up the entire order. Ordered two non spicy chicken sandwiches received two spicy chicken sandwiches both overcooked. Ordered two 6 piece wings and received one 6 piece without sauces, which came opened in the bag. Also ordered a 12 piece nugget and they didn’t even include it…
Only reason to ever order from here is if there’s a deal going on even then beware regardless.
