My Classic Chicken Sandwich was delicious, it was buy one and get the second sandwich free!! What a treat!! Both were delivered hot and fresh, and ready to eat! The sandwich itself was a very nice size portion, the batter on the chicken was extremely crispy and flaky! I will definitely order it again!

Had ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, which were kind of bland. The french fries are probably at best a few hours old and I actually paid extra for three sauces and only received one. And paid eight dollars extra to add coleslaw and did not even get a full cup Would not order again.

Although this Popeyes gave me orange soda instead of the sweet iced tea I ordered (and I had my lemon wedges at home waiting for them) for my 3Pc Signature Chicken Combo , I'm giving 5 stars to big up the macaroni and cheese that came with my meal (I know, they're a chain restaurant so this isn't revelatory news per se but it felt like a hallelujah moment for me--lol).
I have never tried Popeyes mac n cheese because over the years I've never been fond of their other sides---fries (I don't like coated fries), cole slaw, red beans n rice, dirty rice, string beans---because they've all been mediocre to me, especially compared to how delicious their chicken is. I've just dealt with them because of the chicken, but never really enjoyed them.
This time I paid the extra 50 cents to try the mac n cheese with no expectation. For one, I'm used to bad to mediocre mac n cheese from other fast food and soul food/bbq joints. Secondly, I just didn't want the other sides this time.
When I opened the container, the first thing I saw was real cheese on the top, so it wasn't your average Velveeta-looking mac n cheese. That piqued my interest. When I tasted it, I was very pleasantly surprised that it actually tasted good. Like actual baked mac n cheese with real cheese flavor and texture. I really liked it. I did add a little Goya Adobo seasoning and black pepper because I liked my mac n cheese seasoned, but I honestly would have been okay if it didn't have it. Now I finally have a Popeyes side I can enjoy with my chicken. After 30 years x-D.

The spicy chicken sandwich was perfect! Chicken was nice and crispy, bread was soft and fresh and they give you a lot of chicken. It was also nice and hot. They lived up to their commercial.
