I've ordered a couple times from this location now, the Dipping Sauces are consistently not packed. You can't charge for Sauces and then not give any. Additionally, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo usually has the actual spicy sauce on the sandwich missing or incredibly scarce. One barely-there squirt of it in the center of the sandwich on one side.

I ordered 4 pieces which were two thighs over battered & mostly bone, drum and tiny wing. The so-called large red beans & rice was slightly over halfway filled.

I got some monstrous piece of chicken in the 2Pc Signature Chicken Combo This place has GOT to STOP doing that. So I essentially paid $20 for a thigh, sm side and a (mostly ice) drink. I'm so SICK of this place.

Very slowto prepare order. Mac and cheese was less than half filled. Fries tasted like they were prepared in old oil. Chicken and biscuits were delicious.

Wasn't what ordered for me and my 81 yr old aunt for dinner. The 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo was a 3 piece with 2 big chicken breast. If you order a 4 piece pray you get what you ordered.
