The 12 Mix & Match Wings honey lemon pepper flavor was my favorite! Also, the apple cranberry Chilled Lemonades is a must-try! Great food, great customer service!

4Pc Signature Chicken was good and tasted great. Coleslaw had a little too much mayo and Red Beans & Rice was dry, there weren't enough beans, and there was not enough in general

The food is fresh and tasty. They accommodate if you have any requests. No jalapeños on menu if you're ordering through doordash. They will send you jalapeño if you request it but $1 for a Single Jalapeño, which is way too costly.

2nd time ordering and they did a little better with the Red Beans & Rice. They actually gave me a little more beans than before.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. The chicken wings were undercooked, which is a serious food safety concern. The chicken breast was also extremely dry and tasted old, and the red beans and rice were very dry as well. Overall, the food did not taste fresh and the quality was far below expectations.
I normally enjoy Popeyes, but this experience was unacceptable and I was unable to fully enjoy my meal. I would appreciate a partial refund or some type of resolution for the items that were not prepared properly.
