I ordered the ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp* for almost $10. It arrived jammed into a side container that they normally use for the red beans and rice. This caused the retained moisture to soak into the breading making it soggy and nasty. The portion also weighed only 2.7oz which is clearly less than 1/4 lb. Thankfully Door Dash resolved the issue for me. I will not be ordering here again.

This is my first time trying Popeyes in this area and it's unlike any other Popeyes I've ever been to. The food quality is very poor and inconsistent. I get the same thing everytime I go (blackened 3Pc Handcrafted Tenders Combo, macaroni, and mashed potatoes) and it tastes very off, especially the tenders. I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a large and they gave me 3 smalls. Super lazy to give me prepackaged food than just to prep me a large in the correct container

Usually the food is great but I guess that day it was lacking, for example the mashed potatoes were rubbery in one section and the Mac&cheese was shaped like a ball. The chicken was also burnt in some places and was rubbery in one bite. It was still good though and I would order again in the future but hopefully it turns out better.
