Out of the five pieces in each box only 2 had any chicken of substance on them...the rest were basically just the crunchy batter...also the crunch was so hard and tough even my dogs had issues trying to chew it...the flavor was totally bland...Which is why I'm guessing the dipping sauce that comes with it is so overtly spiced and over the top in heat so that you get some kind of flavor...BUT!...Trading no flavor at all for hot sauce that merely burns my mouth and tastebuds so the only thing I can taste is the heat...

Wings were dry & old My tenders had a bone in it. Im very disappointed in ther service and quality of the food. I ordered tonight.

Bread falls apart, dry and pickles hot as in temperature hot ... must be a location issue

For some reason, they give regular fries as opposed to the Large Cajun Fries we are supposed to receive. out of concern for this, I ordered an additional large fry hoping that it would be the correct size. unfortunately, it wasn't so. everything else was ideal.
