I've only had things missing once from here but I noticed it was never sent to the store! lots of people commenting but did they check the receipt from Popeyes to know if the staff ever knew about the missing items? my receipt didn't have it so the issue seems to be the app

Placed an order on Doordash including the 2Pc Signature Chicken Combo which was on a 2 for 1 promo. order was delivered with only one item instead of 2 of them. reported to doordash and I was only refunded $12 when each one of the combos was about $18. poor service.

The poutine that came with the meal had plastic cheese curds not real cheese curds fries where not even cooked. The whole thing tasted like a rubber band. The Chicken Tender Combo (5 Pieces) the chicken its self was under cooked and tasted almost fake... I don't understand Popeyes used to be actually good tasting and quality food

Order was marked ready to pick up, we arrived and staff could not locate our order and assumed we had selected the wrong location. Once they realized it was their mistake, they advised it would take an additional 5-7 mins. Staff "did not know" why the order was marked ready for pickup when the receipt had not even been printed. Ended up waiting another 20 mins, got home and noticed I am missing an item. Would advise avoiding this location

The onion rings were mushy and the honey garlic chicken wings were so spicy I couldn't eat them.
