I ordered first thing in the morning when they opened it was like the tenders and biscuit still weren't fresh. Tenders were hard and chewy and biscuit was rock hard

My 4 piece chicken was so old it was too hard for me to eat it both of them were extremely hard and old and I was so disappointed

Pay $3.69 per sauce and get NONE and pay extra for a drink combo and get NO drink. And company only reimburses for $12 and some change.

The bun was so hard / rough to the point where I could crinkle it in my hand. Barely edible. Disgusting.
