Always delicious and fresh. You know how fresh it is as soon as your first bite crispy and juiciness. Never disappointed at this Covington location. The mix is always good and portion is big. Highly recommended!

First: I ordered 5 and got 4.
Second: they were very small (a little bigger than a nugget!) I ordered the "hand crafted" tenders and these are worse than a basic chicken strip.
The money I spent was not worth the quality of my meal. I tried calling the store 5 times and no one answered.
My items were not in a bag and they gave me no plastic utensils to eat my mashed potatoes !

I ordered a 4 piece spicy chicken meal and what I got was one small thigh and 3 wings that was burnt and too hard to chew, and so small they fit in the palm of my hand. I ordered fries and they forgot to give them to me. This is the 3 rd time I've spent $30 on each order and received horrible burnt chicken so small and couldn't even eat it. I thought I would give them chances but each time was worse. I sent 3 complaints and Popeyes never reached out to me to even apologize. I'm never eating there again. 3 strikes and your out!

Can't resist the chicken sandwiches and red beans and rice from Popeyes! Anytime I order something else I regret it. The fried pickles were ok for something different from fries, but I was done with them after 2 or 3 pickle slices. I wouldn't get them INSTEAD of the red beans and rice!

Ordered 4 piece chicken and received a thigh and 3 wings that were burnt and too hard to eat. I should of atleast gotten two thighs and 2 legs for $42. They forgot my fries. I spent $42 on that order and I will never order from them again. The order i received a few months ago was horrid as well. The chicken was so small and overcooked it fit under my biscuit and you couldn't see it. Too hard to eat. Same problem of being hard and overcooked. This Popeyes is just terrible! I will never spend my hard earned money there again. I complained both times and they never do anything .
