It's been a couple of years since I last had Popeye's (here in Bossier City) since the last 2 orders, the chicken were soggy. Since it's been a couple of years, I decided to give them another try, and am glad I did. This batch of chicken tenders were good (crispy). Hope the ones in the future, will be the same. :-)

My chicken tasted old and the wings, drumsticks, and thighs were very small. The beans were watery as if they added water to stretch the amount of beans left, although I placed my order more than 2 hours before closing. Also, they didn't give us the biscuits that were part of the order. It was a waste of money and we ended up getting food elsewhere.

Horrible quality. Dry breasts, leg was way overcooked and dry, thigh ok, the 3 wings were kinda ok. Missing the 8th piece of chicken
I ordered 2 of the 4pc chicken. Received 7 pcs of below satisfactory quality. Didn't receive any sauces I ordered. Door Dash didn't give me the option of just thighs and legs or just dark meat etc

Tenders were cold and no crispy at all, looked and tasted like they had sat under a "hot" lamp for too long. Also ordered a 5 piece but only got 3. Didn't get any of the sauces I ordered and paid extra for. However the fries were just as good as always.

The 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo the chicken was very very small. The chicken tasted bland, the red beans and rice was dry the biscuit was hard. I'm very disappointed I tried calling but no one answered I will not order this no more for the price I paid. I'm very piss😡
