Always good eats! The 8Pc Signature Chicken Family Meal is always freshly cooked and still juicy. The Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy we always get ANOTHER large side of this- gravy is too good. Cashed in on the Classic Chicken Sandwich B1G1 offer. Gotta love a freebie. BUT... come on Popeyes- biscuits come with the meal and you send no butter or honey? If you aren't going to just add those condiments at least put it in the page for customers to request to receive them with their order if they want some. Add it to the "add ons" within the order or put them under where you request side sauces and such. You must have butter & honey with biscuits- just MUST!

The sandwiches were clearly old and reheated/cooked or kept warm for a long time. The chicken was over cooked and dried completely out. The bun tops were dark brown and the bottoms were soggy and fell apart. Out of the 8 shrimp ordered we received 6, and once again, none of the sauce we ordered was sent; this happens every time we order from here.

food undercooked; soggy fries. a tablespoon of gravy over the large taters. nuggets aren't the Popeyes chicken; just some commercial garbage, frozen and refried. biscuits were dry and came with no butter or honey. chicken breast was dry, salty, and hurt my teeth to chew.

Hate that you can't orde dark meat only. A wing and a breast in a 3 piece is horrible. One is tiny, the other is dry.
