This was about as disappointing as it gets. Once again, I was shortchanged on my sides. The red red beans and rice was filled only 1/3 of the way, while the mashed potatoes were maybe 1/2 filled! This is a systemic issue that's been going on for months at this location. Also, the chicken tenders were tough and tasted like they had been sitting for a couple of hours. The biscuit was the only thing they truly got right. For the $15 I paid (not including tax and tip), I expect much better. The chicken should be fresh and the sides should be filled to the top. You're about to lose a customer for life if you don't get these issues under control.

While the 3Pc Handcrafted Tenders Combo tasted fine, the quantity was disappointing - and quite frankly - shameful. You'll notice in the picture that the sides weren't even half full. Also, the tenders were scrawny, and they forgot to include the dipping sauce. This isn't the first time I've had these issues with the Lone Oak location. For over $20 (with tip), I expect better. For a little more than half that price, I can get better food and more of it from Zaxby's just down the road.

Normally when I receive food from Popeyes it is always satisfying but today the Mac n chz was old and wasn't that good. The spicy chicken sandwiches were all but spicy. I believe they gave regular sandwiches instead.

I paid extra for Mardi Gras Mustard and no one informed me that I wasn't going to be getting this dipping sauce. they have a habit of just sending wild honey mustard hoping we will eat it and we don't. also, my "blackened" chicken isn't even close to being cooked like the hundreds of times I order this. not sure what's going on in the kitchen, but it's not looking good for Popeyes.
I also figured out that I needed to order an extra red beans and rice so I would get a sufficient amount of red beans because they like to pile on the rice and leave the red beans out. I love red beans and rice, but rice shouldn't overpower the side, especially when you pay extra
