I’ve been on a coffee kick and have ordered from several coffee shops. Roots has been the most consistent in taste and accuracy. The oat milk latte is always very good.

Vanilla oat milk latte is delicious!! Perfect espresso to flavoring ratio. I also ordered the everything bagel breakfast sandwich and that was wonderful! Still warm when it got to me. Portion sizing is perfect, not too big but not too small. I would definitely order this drink/breakfast combo again!

Great coffee, I appreciate that they let you give special instructions. I asked for half sweet and the lattes I ordered came out perfect as someone who doesn't like a sugar bomb. 10/10

Coffee is fantastic but wouldn't order a London fog, or breakfast sandwich again. London fog was way too sweet, sandwich barely has anything in it, asiago bagel is delicious but was not toasted as ordered and didn't come with the extra cream cheese that I paid for.

For the past couple orders have been 5 star.
Today I received a bagel instead of a of breakfast burrito (which are awesome)...the bagel not so much. It will probably be in the trash.
As far as the coffee goes, it is excellent as always.
Overall review would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for the bagel.
