From the delivery to the food, it was surprisingly good! I should’ve taken some pictures. Usually, when food is delivered, it’s not packed with care, but that wasn’t the case with Sangam Chettinad. The attention to detail and the quality of the food were excellent.
I ordered plain biryani rice (Kuska) and a Masala dosa. To my delight, they also included some delicious potato masala, which I hadn’t expected. The sauces were great, too.
My only tip is to enjoy the food right after delivery. If it sits for over an hour, the Masala Dosa will lose its crispness (first-world problems, I know!).
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Indian food!

SO GOOD! Literally the best Indian food I've ever had. The chicken is perfect white meat, thr naan is fluffy, the rice is perfectly cooked, the sauces with the samosas are to die for! Loved everything!

This is our favorite Indian place in north Austin and is always packed! The Tikka Masala - NonVeg is excellent, not too creamy, and with a good amount of spice (medium). The chicken Sangam Kurma - NonVeg had too much cardamom and too nutty for our taste. Samosas were crispy and the Masala Dosa were tasty.

Found the curries bland for my taste (saag and tikka masala). They were better as leftovers the next day or two, which is a typical perk with Indian food, but I was pretty disappointed when neither hit the spot the first night. Personally I also just really did not enjoy the large, crisp onions and peppers in the chicken tikka masala (though I'm sure some would disagree if they're not fans of so much gravy by itself). The value with the buy 1 get 1 curry was definitely appreciated, though, and the packaging was excellent. If I ever order from here again, I just wouldn't get those dishes.

Ordered 1 Uttapam and 1 Mini idli podi for 2 people.
Uttapam tasted fine.
Highly disappointed with the quantity!
2 small pancakes for $15??
The making cost is hardly 20% the cost
One could rather get a non-veg dish which is much more filling, tastier and healthier.
When somebody is paying that amount for a vegetarian dish, the least expectation is that 1 item is filling for 1 individual.
The quantity has been reduced from what we used to order. Even the chutneys portion has been reduced (which is still fine, but main course cannot be served like an appetizer).
Room to improve :
Either serve 4 small uttapam OR
2 Large uttapams.
>> Mini Ghee podi IdliThis tasted good and the quantity was decent. The pricing $9-10 was still better.
