The food was excellent. Full of flavor and very filling. The birria tacos are some of the best ones I have had in the Springs. I love how they double layer the shells. It gives it a nice crunch that isn't overbearing. Rice and beans had a pretty good flavor as well. Im satisfied and would recommend!

Oh my! The Quesabirria is amazing! Don't let the picture fool you- this is a huge entree! I made it thru a third- still have two meals left. The sauces and consommé are perfect and radishes, onions and peppers complete the flavors. Paired with a strawberry Jarritos- life is good.

I got the 3 Birria Tacos with Cheese and they were sooo good! They do not skimp on the meat. The only thing is I wish the consume had a bit more flavor, it seemed a little watery, but the Tacos themselves had a ton of flavor! I will def order again.

I ordered a late dinner right before they closed on DD. For the most part I was in the mood for something similar to what I would have back home in L.A. I just moved here to Colorado. So everything to me new, and a gamble. Either going to hate it or enjoy it. But in this case I was extremely happy. From order, to delivery, and finally to my dining room table. My order was fashioned in a way where upon unraveling the bag. It was like an organized checkbook. You had the right amount of napkins( ALOT of napkins) , utensils perfectly on top. And then there was 3 Birria Tacos with Cheese waiting patiently in its container. Both sauces in the box container and consommé perfectly standing next to it outside the container in the bag. Not one drop. No spill. Very impressed. Everything is about presentation so after my first bite I realized I would have to save one taco for the next day cause it was LOADED with their birria and I mean loaded. Which is a GREAT thing! This dish isnt bib and napkin its messy so the fact that it was loaded , wet and cheesy didnt stop me from dipping as much saucy broth all over it , it was so good. Happy dude from cali . Thanks guys. Best spot in town. If you have kids they accomodate as well for they are a service to the community.
