10/10. Flavors are perfect. The red salsa is smoky and tomatoey but has a nice kick to it. The consommé is rich in flavor. And the tacos are delicious. I wish it retained the crisp but that's the trade off with dashing vs eating there. Excellent late night food. Wish it was cheaper bc i downed the entire thing in minutes

So for my first time eating here I will say.. their size portions are outstanding! I got a giant portion of fries. They were extra crispy, and tasty. The bierra tacos were full/big, delicious, and extra cheesy!
The only downside was the spicy guac.. which wasn't very spicy at all. And the guac wasn't anything spectacular. Not much of any toppings inside of it. Otherwise. It was all good food!

Taqueria Xochi is my favorite restaurant in DC. I order it 1-2 times a month. It is always amazing. Beef Quesabirria and Bee Birria Nachos are always SOOOO delicious. The Mangonada is so amazing I crave it all of the time .

Mannn first of all, as a New Yorker that has been on the hunt for good tres leche cake in the dmv for YEARS, this spot takes the cake!! (No pun intended lmao) the tres leche cake is AMAZING. Spot on. Loved the beef birria tacos, and as someone who doesn't like mushrooms, the mushroom tacos were really good! The onlyyy things I really didn't like because of the overall flavor was both esquites. Didn't like them at all. The portions are great tho, and tasted super fresh. Definitely super filling overall and I would order again for sure, especiallyyyy for the tree leche cake. It's the most authentic I've tasted in a longgg time.

Absolutely loved the food! I was a little skeptical at first about paying so much for tacos, but they're pretty hefty/filling as well as delicious. Tortillas are handmade, and Al pastor meat was marinated to perfection. Chorizo nachos were also awesome and a generous portion. Chicken tings was good, just not my favorite. Presentation and packaging was also awesome. Had leftovers for dinner for two dudes with 6 tacos and nachos.
