I have to admit that Juicy Crab earned our family back. 1 year ago, this place was horrible. bad customer service with a lack of flavor to the food. my son wanted his birthday there in Feburary. since then we have been back 4 times. Food is Delicious, outstanding service. I do have to say though, the manager should talk to his employees in the back. Discuss problems in the back of the house, not in front of customers.

Fried Catfish Bskt (4) was very greasy almost nauseating. Popcorn Shrimp shrimp was good. They gave me what looks like half a peice of red Red Velvet Cake for almost 6 dollars...definitely a $3 peice at most

I ordered two pounds of crawfish and only received 1 pound when I reached out to DoorDash either about getting my order fixed or receiving a refund for the pound of crawfish I was missing. I only received 9.50 credit although I paid 14.99 for the extra pound of crawfish. I was actually surprised that I got ripped off and I am considering not ordering from both DoorDash and juicy crab due to this issue. I never had a problem with juicy crab before cause I ordered it often since I am pregnant and is one of my cravings. So I knew exactly that my order was incorrect when the lady gave me my order.

If I could do zero stars ... the service was poor, the shrimp tasted sour or bad as well as the corn. I waited 15 minutes for extra sauce because they never give you enough in your boils and after waiting all I was given was a cup of oil and water with little seasoning. The quality of food has gone done down and mi ey up. I'm done

JC is always good. My items arrived hot, bags were clean and no juice was wasted, and it was exactly what I ordered. I appreciate the consistent excellent service.
