Order during weekdays, not weekends. The food is better on M-Th... consistently. So just a tip. Possibly one of my favorite restaurants- if the "better chef" is in (weekday chef is best). I've ordered consistently and found food is made one way on certain days and another way on the weekends. Over and over and over again. So I'm making an inference. Pretty darn certain. Anyway so during the week the food is delicious. But poorly prepared on weekends. Menu photos also don't match menu items ordered 100% of the time. So know that before hand. Like the pasta - not cool.
Anyway I love the salmon dish. And the green lasagna. It's watery on the weekend though. But made perfectly on weekdays. As I said before the quality has consistently been schedule dependent. I've decided that there must be 2 chefs.
There must be. Or sous chef. And if that's the case then boy they deserve an applause. Either way I think weekday chef should retrain the weekend chef for a solid 2 weeks minimum.
So if there's somehow not a separate chef, there's just a consistently day dependent performance.

The other rushes, poorly packages, and adds in odd ingredients, doesn't test the quality.
Weekday chef is the superior chef, respectfully by a landslide. Just knows flavor. Knows performance. Has flavor and preparation down to a science.
If you order, do it during the weekday. Weekend might as well order somewhere else.
Love the Comte pizza, the salmon dish, and the crispy rice . Chef during M-W is better than chef Friday-Saturday chef for the following examples: Comte pizza is never flat nor is any of the pizza flat when it's weekday. The chef ensures to alllw the focaccia to not get oily, limp and collapse like weekend chef does. Weekday chef lets the focaccia cook enough to be soft yet firm enough to hold the toppings and let the cheese congeal on top amazingly with the consistency of perfection. Weekday chef does the saffron crispy rice perfectly cooked and the fish freshly prepared not oily not fishy and without roe inside. The weekend chef doesn't crisp the rice well, doesn't season it well and puts roe into the tuna. It's fishy and flat with weekend chef. Weekday chef makes sure the Salmon dish is cooked perfectly with delicious with eggplant and forbidden rice, requires no sauce. But weekend chef under/overcooks the salmon dish and leaves the flavor wanting.
Potatoes au gratin are very good.
Comte pizza is better than the caprese pizza by far.
The pear dessert is good, just not very sweet. A healthy kind of desert. Doesn't have filler type stuff. Not indulgent but tart and enjoyable, the whipped cream that accompanies it is almost like sour cream. Didn't love that.
The blueberry banana bread is very good.
Portions are fairly decent. Saffron crispy rice: very small portions. Morreles
Pasta a morilles: stock image does not match the item, it's a spaghetti or "bucatini" pasta not paperdelle so it's like a box of flavorless noodles and very earthy gritty mushrooms. The mushrooms are good just too water logged. Therefore bland, not with the pasta pictured. They used a stock image because they don't serve paperdelle they only have bucatini what a big disappointment. Papperdelle would hold the flavor better and less kids pasta with huge giant mushrooms slapped on top and call it a dish. With flat noodle would be good. But bucatini is cheaper and so they make the poor choice of going with bucatini. But just know it's not as pictured. In case you don't know what bucatini is, you do now. The restaurant should really update the photo to reflect the dish and not mislead people. I was annoyed.
Provencale shortrib; good flavor and size pairs nice with the potatoes au gratin

Pizzas: moderate, salmon dish: generous portion, dessert: healthy small portion.

My favourite restaurant ever both dine-in and take out.
Fresh, tasty, cozy, would eat there again, again and again.
I highly recommend Grilled Salmon Plate (GF), Smoked Salmon Tartine, Ratatouille (VG, GF) and Smoked Salmon Carpaccio (GF). Also they have great Latte.

Probably the most disappoint meal. Ordered steak frites and burrata pizza. Steak I ordered medium rate - was like chewing through rubber. And they gave me olive oil instead of chimichurri. Burrata pizza was good, but the size? half of a flat bread...4 bite sized pieces. Don't call it pizza if you're going to not give an actual pizza.

The food here is such high quality! I'm suprised it's not more popular. The sandwich was very fresh. The salmon tartine and avocado toast I had in te past are also very good.
