"I ordered it and i never was told when it was ready so i drove to the location and when i got there a girl rudely told me she didn't have my order so a sweet older man and woman who also worked there came to help me. they didn't even have my order so they had to make it. after she made my order and sweetly gave my my food i headed home when i got home to dig in i noticed there was absolutely no protein in it. i had order Barbacoa and extra protein so that would mean i would get double portion of meat. it tasted bland because there wasn't any meat in my burrito (i also paid extra for added protein so that was very frustrating). i've ordered from them several times before and they have always been amazing and im sure i'll order again hit this really bothered me considering it was 15$ and i didn't even get any protein which i paid extra for. im not vegan i wanted some meat!!!"
