First, they're not using regular fresh eggs, they use some type of freeze dried egg or egg substitute. I know times are hard with egg prices, but the customer should be informed. Why would anyone pay over $10 per sandwich for freeze dried eggs? The eggs on all 3 sandwiches tasted awful.
