The lettuce on my sandwich tasted sour and bitter. Also the bacon seem like it was barely cooked or warmed up properly. Due to this I was unable to eat my sandwich. I usually love Jimmy John's. Unfortunately that was not the case for this order.

I will continue ordering because the food is super fresh and good. That said I wish the QC for delivery was a bit sharper. Last order had a chicken caesar wrap - got a turkey sandwich on french instead. Other sandwiches - missing tomatoes, etc. That team is great- as eat in but not sure whats going on with the DD thing. It's been hit and miss, hoping it gets more "hit" .

Too much shoved in a small bag. 3 sandwiches and 2 chips - typical to go med sack. unwich was crushed. chips stapled through the bag. hopefully noone ate the staples.

Was called by the restaurant 25 minutes after placing my order to come pick up my delivery on my own as they did not have any drivers to take it to me after all. Was given option to cancel my order, and when I said that was fine they told me I would have to call DoorDash to do so. No apologies given. Disappointing.
