Oh. My. God. I haven't had sichuan food this good since moving to Texas. The 干锅鱼片 Dry Pot Fish Fillet was chef's kiss amazing! Super crispy but not dried out even after getting delivered in a takeout container. So good!

I've ordered same food over a dozen times and I've always loved it, but today both kinds of rice (fried rice and plain sticky rice) were raw or stale - just hard to chew.
I love the food and it's my number one favourite it is deeply disappointing to receive inconsistent quality of the simplest component.

Rice box was only half full, kind of annoying when you're paying $17 for chicken and rice. Chicken was good though!

The fish tastes very bad. I don't think it's tilapia or it's not fresh. we have ordered this dish many many times and it's much smaller this time. (成都干烧鲜全鱼 Chengdu Style Pot Roasted Tilapia )
