• 4/7/24SO SO SO YUMMY my sub was nice and hot when I got it! Thank god!!!! And it was well seasoned and the cookie was soft and warm as well!!

• 11/5/25Ordered a club sandwich I asked for no ham. It should've come with extra turkey. Since there was no ham. I added cheese, extra cheese, cucumbers, and the sandwich I got had a measly amount of turkey, one joke of a piece of a sliver of a tomato, no cucumbers, no cheese, no bacon.. so essentially some lettuce, a sliver of a tomato and a few pieces of turkey for $17 sandwich. Never again.

• 9/23/25Good flavor but sub not toasted which made a very soggy sandwich and it fell apart. No care when putting it together this time. Usually they are better

• 10/25/23Never ordering from there again. My Italian Grilled Chicken Salad literally had a plastic wrapper in it. The most disgusting thing ive ever had in my food, I dont even want to know what it was from. My wife's Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was also disappointing for her as she stated all the toppings were in one spot. At least the soup was ok... but it is not worth the subpar food.
