Per my previous review, it's still good food, and just because my opinion is based from a different experience, doesn't mean others won't like it. The food is good, it's hot when I get it, they give nice portions and they are fast. The Brisket Chili Mac is very good. 5⭐ because they have great service, very good food, and they aren't overly expensive.

I'm from Alabama. What you guys call BBQ is not BBQ. For a chain, Dickey's is good. The meat is done perfectly and will be the reason I continue to order from here. The sides are eh okay just not like home, but are much better than the other chain restaurants that have BBQ in the name.

They are CHARGING for smoked brisket, but that was very clearly NOT a cut of brisket. It was DEFINITELY some other, much cheaper cut of meat. Half the container was fat. Tired of restaurants playing these games and ripping off consumers. Such a shame! The ribs are different every single time I order(which is often). I never know what I’m going to get.

This review is from a large order my co-workers and I placed last night. Out of 4 people ordering, 3 of us had orders containing brisket. One order had delicious, flavorful tender brisket. The others, mine especially were burnt and dried out, but my dog will like them.
The ribs were also basically like jerky on the ends, but the middle was absolutely delicious and I could eat them every day of the week, especially with the spicy bbq sauce. Side items including jalapeno beans, loaded mashed potatoes, chili fries, Mac and cheese, onion tangles and coleslaw were all wonderful. I will try Dickie's again, but that burnt brisket broke my heart.

2-meat plate had one piece of brisket two small pieces of turkey. The pecan pie that I paid for was not in my order. This is the second time I have not received what I paid for and will never order from or eat at Dickey's in the future.
