Always consistent drinks. I love their flavors and options. I've ordered for delivery and pickup. Their customer service is really good.

The boba wasn't cooked enough, or it was supe stale? It was undrinkable. The store was empty but they forgot to start the waffle so it was an extra long wait.

A5. Milk Tea with Oreo & Tiramisu Salted Cheese missed salted cheese ad the drink smelled like it has been outside of the fridge more than a day.

Waffle was over cooked on one end and under cooke on the other. Boba pearls were also overcooked.

The boba slush was good but I couldn't enjoy it because the straw was entirely too skinny. I couldn't drink it like I would've with a larger straw.
