Delicious salad Fresh Spring Rolls! Best Thai takeout I've had in ages. Every ingredient was fresh, see pic! Yum! Love the two dip sauces, normally a peanut sauce lover (really love this one) the additional dip is nice for bite that has the avocado. Thank you, for the bite size cuts that's nice to try both flavors and also maximize dunking. Nice for sharing! Ordered the Yellow Curry, enjoyed every single bite, especially the potato's cooked perfectly in the curry. That's hard to find these days!

Back again! Ordered the Fried Tofu Pad Thai and the Pork Pad Thai. I could only eat half of my pad thai and we also got the fresh spring rolls which are amazing! The basil in the rolls are a huge pop of flavor and we +add shrimp 2.00 to them this time..so good!

The Thai Cashew Nut Chicken with Rice was really good. It's a little sweet in flavor and has a lot of vegetables in the dish too! The portion is really good and you get a whole side of rice to go with it. Texture of the meat is perfect. It doesn't feel overly fried or greasy either. Really, quite the perfect chicken dish! I would 100% order this again.

I always love the Pad See Ew. I judge a Thai place based on that dish and this restaurant is the only one in the area that I think does it right.
I just tried the yellow curry and that's quickly become a new must have. It's delicious. I got a spicy lvl 1, because I know how spicy Thai food can get. It was still plenty spicy for me but not bad. A perfect kind of back beat that accented rather than made it hard to eat.
The portions are always good; definitely worth the money. The food always has that just cooked freshness and it arrives perfectly hot in the to-go containers. No spillage. Just delicious food. Everyone should try Boise Thai Noodle House at least once!
