it's hard to find anything resembling a Traditional bolognese in Houston and this does a pretty good job. weirdly, I like The casarecce better as leftovers than fresh. it makes no sense even to me but there it is. Portions are fair but not crazy. I've ordered from here at least a dozen times and I prefer it over actually going to the awful, awful Post in person

Mannnnnn!!! I started this journey utilizing the $12.00 Meal Deal and I can say I'm so glad I took a chance on some variety!!!
I absolutely enjoyed this spot and will try new menu items every DD order. The dasher said it's located in a food hall so I may have to slide just to see what else I can see BUT the salmon picatta add shrimp FIREEE! The Traditional bolognese was cool ( needs more sauce/ seasoning/ salt) I added a side of steak and I have no clue what it was seasoned with but huntyyyy I started drooling it was SO goodt!!! so it may be hits and misses y'all.
Soooo decent portions and tasted like fresh real Italian a win in my book!!!

The chicken parm was delicious, good portion size and really yummy. The grilled garlic bread was cheap but mediocre tasting, it was kinda dry and only one of the pieces of bread actually had the garlic topping on it. I would definitely order the chicken parm again, probably not the grilled garlic bread though.

both the shrimp alfredo and Chicken pesto surprisingly amazing. super filling. not over or under seasoned really great!

Salad was larger than I expected but the lil cup of dressing wasnt enough for the amount of salad. Dry. Romain lettuce. Croutons. Powdered parmesean.
The linguini had a large chunk of it stuck together. Unable to separate noodles.
Picked chunk up with fork and bit into it to eat it. Call it a pasta ball or the pasta chunk. Sauce was watery and At the bottom of the dish. So not creamy and sticking to the noodles like I would expect.
Garlic toast was a rock. Couldnt bite in to it.
Wish shrimp linguini had lil tailless shrimp mixed in rather than larger shrimp with tails.
Dont want to be picking shrimp out with my fingers. Might as well have the shrimp on the side.
