The PAPPARDELLE NAPOLETANA was delicious & had the yummy pork surgo sauce that was fantastic. The BEET SALAD (Small) was pretty substantial for the size but had so many tasty & healthy ingredients mixed in. Will try other items in their delicious menu soon.

I last ordered a burrata from here and it was still warm and delish. Today I wanted to try toppings. They are hella expensive. Lots of long, skinny mushrooms (the whole mushroom) added and soggy and wet. They'd be be better if you all roasted your veggies before baking w the pizza. Also they were weirdly inconsistent. One slice had like 10 of these mini mushrooms while others had one or two at most. The basil leaves (ik it's supposed to be fresh to be bitter while baked) were clumped in the center. Like all clumped in a bumch making the presentation not v appealing. I've had pizzas before w smoked mozz and roasted garlic that were divine. This was yikes. Whole cloves of garlic sometimes 5 on a slice...sometimes 1 or none. Again, confusing topping distribution. It just made me confused like this is a real pizza place? I think mashing/pressing the garlic with either or those tools...maybe even grating or microplabing it...and spreading it that way makes it more appetizing and palatable. Even minced roasted garlic if you're busy. Whole cloves are unhinged idc how "deconstructed" or "Roman" you think your pizzas are. My pizza was also cold, at least the spicy marinara was tasty :(.

I had just flown in from Oregon and was craving a Cesar salad. I saw the good reviews and ordered from Delarosa. They sealed my order and wrote my name on bag. Portion was small, but the main problem was the huge, uncut pieces of lettuce, lack of utensils, small salad dressing container that was only partially filled but most concerning was the chewy and undercooked chicken . Super dissappointing when it cost $30 to order after fees/tip/ect.

No flavor to anything. I got the STEAK SPIEDINI (skewers) and it was chewy. The bed of potatoes and kale that it came with was blah... I also got the RIGATONCINI and once again flavorless. The only time you got a burst of flavor is when you got a bite of pancetta. Only thing that was 5/5 was the SHIRLEY TEMPLE i got .

Ordered LITTLE GEM CAESAR SALAD and was 100% romaine, no kale or variety. Picture inaccurate and a massive letdown. Ended up walking to mixt and ordering a proper salad.
Side note pizza was good
